Customers have the option on every purchase to give 5% cashback (net of VAT and delivery) to the good cause of their choice, provided that the school or organisation is registered for our Cashback fundraising scheme. If a school or organisation is not registered you might want to consider giving the cashback to Kidscape, a fantastic National Child Abuse and Bullying charity. Please note that you must remember to mention where you want your cashback to go or the charity or organisation will not get the benefit of it.
Please contact us if you would like information about our cashback fundraising scheme for schools, groups and charities. There is no charge for taking part in this scheme.
In 2007/2008 we raised £653.69 for good causes.
In 2009 we raised £384.11 for good causes.
2007-2009 Cashback
All cashback must be claimed on your organisation's letterheaded paper. You can request your yearly balance at any time but payouts are made according to this schedule:
2007/2008 cashback - > available now. Please claim it if you have not done already.
2009 cashback - > available from 1st July 2010. You can request the total now but it will not be paid out yet.
2010 Cashback
Cashback is not automatically given on every sale. Our scheme has changed slightly. In order for you receive the cashback the customers must provide your organisation name or source code when they checkout. Otherwise we will not know where a customer wants their cashback to go. Our checkout system prompts a customer for this information.
Cancelled orders or refunded items
Please note that cashback will be reduced in these cases as we do not pay it on cancelled orders or items which are refunded.
